We require notice of cancellation 7 days before 3:00pm of your scheduled day of check-in to be refunded your full deposit minus $25 cancellation fee.
In the unlikely event that Lake Pleasant Glamping is forced to cancel your booking, we will make our best to offer a satisfactory alternative.
If the offer does not suit you, we will offer the full refund of any amount you may have paid to us before the cancellation.
