Lake Pleasant Glamping policies:
By completing this booking you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the following. –
- Check-in is at 3:00pm and Check-out is at 10:00am. If you require early check-in or late check-out, please submit a request and we will do our best to accommodate you if the dome is available.
- Parking: Parking is located at the entrance of each dome.
- Child policy: Currently, Lake Pleasant Glamping is an adult-only accommodation for guests aged 18 and older. However, we are working on future accommodations that will be family-friendly.
- Damage protection policy: Guests are responsible for any damage or loss caused to the contents of the accommodations or facilities within Lake Pleasant Glamping property. Any incurred charges will be billed directly to the responsible guest.
- Pet policy: Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in our current accommodations. However, we are planning future accommodations that will be pet-friendly.
- Noise Policy: Parties and loudspeakers are not allowed on the premises. We observe a quiet time from 10:00pm to 6:00am daily to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests. Please be considerate of others during your stay.
- Visitors Policy: Visitors are not allowed unless they have been previously approved by our staff.
Tobacco Use: Smoking or the use of any tobacco products, including cigarettes, smokeless tobacco, and electronic cigarettes, is strictly prohibited within the domes or on the property of Lake Pleasant Glamping. Guests who violate this policy may be subject to substantial cleaning fees.
- Cancellation Policy: 1) We require notice of cancellation 7 days before 3:00pm of your scheduled day of check-in to be refunded your full deposit minus $25 cancellation fee, 2) 50% of booking amount will be charged if cancelled 5-7 days prior to arrival, 3) There will be no refund for a cancellation less than 5 days prior to reservation, 4) In the unlikely event that Lake Pleasant Glamping is forced to cancel your booking, we will make our best to offer a satisfactory alternative. If the offer does not suit you, we will offer the full refund of any amount you may have paid to us before the cancellation.
Hot Tub Care: Our hot tubs require daily care and treatment. Please rinse off any debris or chemicals, such as sand, body lotions, sunscreen, and bug spray, before using the hot tub. Additionally, remember to keep the hot tub cover on when not in use to maintain proper sanitization.
- Fireworks Policy: The use of firework is strictly prohibited at Lake Pleasant Glamping Property.
Lake Front Access: The lakefront access is available to all guests when the wharf is in place, offering a beautiful spot to enjoy the surroundings.
- Liability Disclaimer: By completing this booking, you agree that under no circumstances, including, but not limited to, negligence, will Lake Pleasant Glamping, its owners, management, and employees have any liability or responsibility whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless against, any liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind, including without limitation personal injury, death, or property damage arising in while or in part, directly or indirectly, from improper use of amenities and services provided by Lake Pleasant Glamping including, but not limited to, Sauna, hot tub, heating stove, bbq grills, watercrafts (Kayaks, Paddle boards), wharf, swimming in the lake, fire pit and propane fire table.
